History

In November of 2009, Randy Buck, Steve Leopold and Bryan Little were displaced workers looking for new positions. Randy and Steve knew each other through church and Randy and Bryan knew each other from their previous employer.
All three attended a job networking meeting at a church in Bowling Green. Seeing the need for a similiar group in Hancock County, BVING was formed in January 2010.
Through the assistance of the JOBSolutions office in Findlay, BVING was given a place to meet, access to media outlets and access to other community leaders.
To date, over 80 individuals have attended at least one BVING meeting.

In February 2010, Bryan Little, BVING co-founder, was a speaker at the University of Findlay's Global Economic Summit. Bryan spoke to the students about the importance of networking to gain opportunities in their careers.

In September 2010, BVING participated in the Career Expo, sponsored by JOBSolutions that was held at Owens Community College.

In January 2011, The Courier published an updated article outlining that BVING is still helping job seekers. BVING moved to monthly meetings.
